The Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership (MA-ODL) gives you the skills and theoretical knowledge to become a competent and confident leader. Study theories that describe how complex organizational systems work. Discover how you can use systems thinking, intervention methodologies, and design thinking to effectively address complex challenges. Explore processes that improve your collaboration, creativity, and compassion to help you become a more effective agent of change.

To meet the needs of working professionals, we offer a self-directed, flexible learning environment that lets you engage in a global community of professionals. Our model combines online learning with two face-to-face sessions. You can participate as a full- or part-time student, and begin in any term: fall, spring, or summer.
Meet the Faculty
Susan Cannon, PhD, is a certified integral master coach, interdisciplinary scholar-practitioner, organizational consultant, and futurist who shaped her 25+ year career toward innovation and change in human systems. She is a pioneer of women’s leadership development and co-author of The Way of the Mysterial Woman: Upgrading How You Live, Love, and Lead. .
Online New Student Orientation
You start the ODL program with an online orientation course that starts prior to your first academic trimester. The orientation module introduces you to the program’s practices, learning model, delivery method, and technology.
You begin creating your individualized learning plan, based on your professional and personal goals, during the online orientation. This plan becomes a tool for designing your final master’s project.
国产偷拍视频Two face-to-face sessions are required, one prior to the beginning of your second term and the other before you begin courses for your Master’s Project.
All other coursework is offered online. No scheduled or synchronous online time is required. You complete your coursework at the time and place that’s most convenient for you. See Curriculum below for course descriptions.
Your project demonstrates your skills as a scholar and practitioner, as well as your ability to synthesize your learning. Your project can be based on an organizational intervention, program evaluation, or building a model for practice.
